Roy Moore was supposed to be Steve Bannon's first big victory, a cannonball fired into the heart of the Republican establishment and a visible example of the populist-evangelical electoral alliance he was crafting.

PHILIPPINES: STATEMENT AGAINST PROCLAMATION 360 & 374 OF THE US-DIRECTED DUTERTE FASCIST REGIME BY PROF JOSE MARIA SISON

It is fine that GRP President Rodrigo R. Duterte is on record as having terminated the GRP-NDFP peace negotiations by issuing Proclamation 360 for the purpose.
He and the officials of his regime and armed forces have boasted that they are hell-bent on unleashing a single-minded war of suppression to destroy the revolutionary forces of the Filipino people.
The Filipino people and their revolutionary forces are therefore fully justified to defend themselves and defeat the current Duterte regime of the US-dominated big comprador-landlord state and pursue the people´s democratic revolution. The terrorist regime of Duterte is merely a passing phase in the ever worsening chronic crisis of the semicolonial and semifeudal ruling system.
Duterte, the No. 1 terrorist of the Philippines, has also issued Proclamation 374 labeling the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and the New People´s Army (NPA) as terrorist organizations. His purpose is to apply the Human Security Act of 2007 (RA 9373) and the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act of 2012 (RA 10168) .
The vile purpose of the Duterte regime is to proscribe the CPP and NPA as terrorist organizations and wage a campaign to slander them, arbitrarily list down suspected officers and members for general intimidation, abduction, torture and mass murder as in Oplan Tokhang and further list individuals who are suspected of financing and aiding the CPP and NPA , who are themselves deemed as terrorists and who are thus made vulnerable to the violations of human rights and extortions by the terrorist regime.
Within the Philippines and abroad, the Duterte regime is already notorious for the use of state terrorism and for human rights violations against suspected users and pushers of illegal drugs in impoverished communities, the toiling masses of workers and peasants, the Cordillera, Lumad and Bangsamoro national minorities and the brutal occupation of communities and destruction of the entire Marawi City by bombing.
The US-directed Duterte regime perpetrates gross and systematic acts of terrorism and human rights violations. It has no moral, political and legal basis for proscribing and further unleashing
fascist violence against the revolutionary forces, the democratic organizations and the broad masses of the people who have the sovereign right to resist and overthrow a regime that is oppressive and tyrannical.
The Filipino people and revolutionary forces encompassed by the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) and by the People´s Democratic Government (PDG) have the inherent status of co-belligerency in their long running civil war with the US-propped big comprador-landlord state currently represented by Duterte. The CPP is the leading party of the new democratic revolution and the PDG. The NPA is the main armed force of the PDG.
The revolutionary political character of the CPP and NPA is solemnly manifested in the Program for a People’s Democratic Revolution of December 26, 1968, the Guide for Building Organs of Political Power of April 1971, the Guide for Establishing the People’s Democratic Government of October 1972, the Guidelines and Program of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines of 1973 and 1977, the Declaration of Undertaking to Apply the Geneva Conventions of 1948, approved by the NDFP of July 5, 1996 and the GRP-NDFP Comprehensive Agreement on Respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (CARHRIHL)..
The PDG has a constitution founded on the sovereign will of the Filipino people and on the basic alliance of the working class and peasantry. It aims to complete the people’s struggle for national liberation and democracy under the class leadership of the working class and its revolutionary party. From its modest beginnings in 1969, the PDG has grown and spread nationwide mainly in the form of local organs of political power to more than 110 guerrilla fronts covering large parts of 17 regions and 71 provinces of the Philippines.
The PDG has a comprehensive administrative structure from the village to higher levels: municipal or city, district, provincial and regional. At the basic level of the village, the local organs of political power develop from the stage of the appointive barrio organizing committees to the elective barrio revolutionary committees through various ways of consolidation, which involve the building of the revolutionary forces.
The revolutionary forces include the local branch of the Communist Party of the Philippines, the revolutionary mass organizations of various exploited classes and sectors, the people’s militia and self-defense units of mass organizations and the formation of the five basic subcommittees for public education, mass mobilization, economy, defense and health, subject to the formation of further subcommittees in order to better serve the people.
The US-directed Duterte regime is daydreaming that it can discredit and destroy the sovereign revolutionary will of the Filipino people by proscribing the revolutionary forces as terrorist organizations, requiring them to submit themselves to the sham processes of the reactionary state and unleashing gross and systematic crimes of terrorism and human rights of violations. The Filipino people and the revolutionary forces are determined to fight for national and social liberation, people´s democracy, economic development, cultural progress and just peace.
The Duterte fascist regime has terminated the GRP-NDFP peace negotiations. But it cannot be too sure that it will last long because the Filipino people and even those in the GRP detest the monstrous crimes of the regime, especially mass murder, corruption and puppetry to the US. The crisis of the ruling system continues to worsen and the resources of the regime for violence and deception are limited. Thus, it is wise for the NDFP to remain open to peace negotiations with the GRP because the people and the broad united front of patriotic and progressive forces can get rid of the Duterte regime as it got rid of the Marcos and Estrada regimes.

What lessons should we learn today 80 years later from the New Deal and Welfare State ?
My late comrade Arthur Evans who lived in United States through the New Deal and was a member of the Communist Party of The United States and in Britain was a member of the CPGB in the 1940/50's told me the New Deal/Welfare State was also a Warfare State.
The Communists in the United States became not just John L Lewis's hunting dogs but Roosevelt's hunting dogs and Earl Browder was the pack leader, saving democracy from Fascism was seen has the overridding consideration.
However subordinating domestic revolutionary politics came at a cost and the ease at which the Mob put Harry S Truman in power following the death of Roosevelt illustrated how narrow was the base for even a social democratic socialism in the United States.
Likewise in Britain the Welfare State came into existence at the same time of bloody interventions by British Imperialism in Greece and Malaya and the Warfare State has seen out the Welfare State.
Henry Wallace's Century of the Common Man gave way to the American Century of Time Magazine.
The American Century was a bloody Imperialist one, the Warfare State eroded the Welfare State and destroyed the New Deal.

Pyongyang, December 9 (KCNA) -- A spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea gave the following answer to a question raised by KCNA Saturday over the U.S.'s decision to recognize Kuds as the capital of Israel:
The decision by U.S. president Trump to recognize Kuds as the capital of Israel and to move the U.S. embassy there well deserves a global condemnation and rejection as it is an open defiance of and an insult to the international legitimacy and to a unanimous will of the international society.
The status of Kuds remains so sensitive that it, for sure, should be solved fairly by means of regaining the national rights of the Palestinian people and striking a comprehensive and lasting solution to the Middle East problem.
This decision of the U.S. is not so surprising as it came from a dotard who had cried out for "total destruction" of a sovereign state at a sacred UN forum.
But, through it, the world will be able to well discern about who is really a wrecker of the world peace and security and who is a gang of hooligans of the international society.
Some countries, which still count on the U.S., would become conscious of the true colors of the U.S.
The U.S. should bear full responsibility for all the consequences of tension and instability that will be entailed in the Middle East region owing to its reckless and highhanded act.
We, out of our external ideas of independence, peace and friendship, condemn strongly the U.S. action this time and express our firm support and solidarity with the Palestinians and other Arabian people in their just cause to regain their legitimate rights.

The Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front (AINDF) is a banned (under the National Security Act) political organization in South Korea which aim is a popular revolution in the south and to throw out the US occupational forces from the Korean peninsula as well a unification of Korea.
The AINDF was founded during the 60’s, originally as Revolutionary Party for Reunification but the leadership of the party was executed under the regime of Park Chung Hee, a regime who was responsible for murders, torture and mystical disappearances of any opposition.
Many members of the Revolutionary Party for Reunification were sentenced to long prison terms. In 1985, the party merged with Strategic Liberation Party of South Korea and changed it name to National Democratic Front of South Korea and in 2005 it changed it name to its current – Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front.

Speaking in a televised address to the Lebanese nation in the capital city of Beirut on Thursday, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said following Trump’s decision,
Israel would stop at nothing to push Palestinians from their homes and confiscate their properties, farms and gardens. He noted that following Trump’s remarks, Israel will certainly try to expand its dominion over the greater Quds and absorb more land in the occupied West Bank.
Another ambiguity that exists following Trump’s decision, Nasrallah added, was the fate of the sacred places of Muslims and Christians as Zionists will seize this opportunity to pose a major challenge to Muslims’ sanctities, especially al-Aqsa Mosque.
By recognizing Jerusalem al-Quds as Israel's capital, the Hezbollah leader said, the heart of the Palestinian issue, which is the city of al-Quds, has been erased from all possible talks, because the issue of al-Quds would fall out of the domain of any negotiations.
He added that when the US dares to encroach upon the most sacred city for Muslims, there is no doubt that other places, which are less sacred such as the rest of the West Bank, the southern part of Lebanon and other places will be open to similar actions if Muslims remain silent in the face of Trump’s decision.
He emphasized that silence of Muslims will make them vulnerable and pave the way for encroachment of enemies on other places of importance to them. He went on to note that the Zionist regime of Israel had no respect for international resolutions and paid no attention to all international condemnations, because it only cared about the US stance.
Nasrallah noted that Trump’s decision was a grave insult to millions of Muslims and Christians who felt offended by transfer of Jerusalem al-Quds to control of Israel in spite of sentiments of Muslims and Christians and is against all international resolutions.
He added that Zionist media and analysts believed that since Islamic countries are plagued with their own problems, they had no time to react to Trump’s decision and this is why they ignored the entire international community and took such an insulting step.
Nasrallah said Americans and Zionists believe that even a reaction to Trump’s decision will be limited to a few days of protests, which will finally ebb and the situation would return to normal.
First of all, he said, Muslims must continue their protests against this outrageous step and emphasize the importance of the issue of Palestine for all Muslims, so that nobody would ever dare to do such things.
Hezbollah leader stated that protests should continue even if they are conducted by a few people, because they are needed to make voice of Muslims be heard by leaders at the White House.
He continued by saying that every man and woman, old and young, must take part in these protests, especially through social networks, while scholars must hold meetings on this issue and raise their voice in condemnation of Trump’s decision. Sit-ins must be also held, he added, referring to sit-ins conducted by Palestinians in various places, and said such moves will make Trump regret what he has done.
He advised Arab states by saying that the least they could do was to summon their ambassadors from the United States, underlining that they were not expected to cut relations with the United States, but by recalling their envoys, they should protest the US administration’s measure.

Nasrallah emphasized that Arab nations and Palestinians must also clearly announce that they have lost their trust in negotiations with Israel and they will not continue talks with Israel.
Another measure to be taken, he added, was for Muslims to issue statements in their conferences, including those of Arab nations, emphasizing that al-Quds is the permanent capital of Palestine and its status as such will never change. Rekindling the Palestinian intifada, which has been proposed by certain parties, was another measure that Hezbollah leader described as the most important and greatest response to Americans and Zionists. Nasrallah also declared his support for anti-Israeli resistance, adding that resistance was the best way to counter Israel and its backers.
In conclusion, the Hezbollah leader called on all people – men, women and children – to take part in a huge rally against Trump’s decision, which will be held in Dahieh neighborhood on the southern suburbs of Beirut next Monday.

Japanese Prime Minister Abe at the recent full-dress session of the House of Councilors said it is "necessary to actively examine the possession of the capabilities for preemptive attack on enemy bases" in order to defend the lives of people and their peaceful life from the "missile attack from the DPRK".
In the meantime, the Japanese reactionaries have gone zealous in their moves to spread the story about "threat from the DPRK" at home and abroad through frequent citizens' evacuation and counteraction drill simulating the rocket attack from the DPRK and to build up the public opinion in support of the securement of the capabilities for preemptive attack under that pretext.
The moves of the Abe group for securing the capabilities for preemptive attack are a very dangerous military act rendering the regional situation tenser and gravely threatening the peace in Asia and the rest of the world.
From the first days of its office, the Abe group has persistently worked to justify their moves for becoming a military giant and launching overseas aggression while crying out for "breakaway from the postwar system" and revision of "pacifist constitution".
Now they are openly calling for securing the capabilities for preemptive attack, in disregard of the "pacifist constitution". This is aimed to launch reinvasion through an open preemptive attack.
In order to create a pretext for it, the Abe group is spreading the "story about missile threat from the DPRK" and inciting the hostility toward the DPRK and the "security crisis." The aim sought by the Japanese reactionaries is to completely reorganize the "Self-Defence Forces" into those of attack type in the near future and retrogressively revise the constitution.
Asia is not what it used to be in the past and Korea is not what it used to be in the past. The Abe group has to clearly understand this. If it drives the militarist chariot as crazily as now in pursuance of the U.S. in defiance of this changed reality, the group will push Japan into the abyss of destruction.

Tensions between the US and North Korea are again rising in the wake of North Korea’s November 28th test of an ICBM that experts believe has the potential to deliver a nuclear bomb to cities on the east coast of the US, including Washington D.C.
As I have written before, we desperately need to change US foreign policy towards North Korea. North Korea’s leaders continue to seek talks with the United States, with all issues on the table, those of concern to them and those of concern to the US government. But the US government continues to refuse. The Trump administration has even rejected North Korean offers to freeze its production and testing of missiles and nuclear weapons in return for a halt to US war games directed against North Korea.
Instead, Trump continues Obama’s strategy of responding to every North Korean missile launch or nuclear test with new military threats and sanctions.
Unfortunately, changing US foreign policy towards North Korea is no easy matter. One reason is that there are powerful forces opposing a de-escalation of tensions. Sadly, the tension is useful to the US military industrial complex, which needs enemies to support its desire increase in the military budget. It is also useful to the US military, providing it with a justification for maintaining troops on the Asian mainland and in Japan. The tension also helps the US government isolate China and boost right-wing political tendencies in Japan and South Korea, developments favorable to our own militarists and right-wingers. Of course, the costs of US policy fall on ordinary people.
Another reason for the difficulty in changing US policy towards North Korea is that the US media does little to provide the context necessary for people in the United States to understand its lawless and destructive nature.
The illegality of Trump administration threats of destruction
The Trump administration has repeatedly threatened North Korea with total destruction. What is missing from media accounts of these threats is the explanation that they represent a violation of the UN Charter and international law. As Gavan McCormack explains:
According to the UN Charter’s Article 2 (3), disputes between states must be settled by peaceful means and (4) “All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state …” [italics added]. Article 33 further specifies the obligation of parties to any dispute likely to endanger international peace and security to “first of all, seek a solution by negotiation inquiry, mediation, conciliation … or other peaceful means of their own choice.”
By ruling out negotiations with North Korea and insisting only on submission, the US, Japan and Australia ignore or breach this clear rule (and Japan breaches also the proscription on the “threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes” in its own constitution). Going beyond that, President Trump has also not only insulted the North Korean leader from the platform of the UN General Assembly but actually threatened his country with “total destruction,” by “fire and fury, and frankly power the likes of which this world has never seen before.” That surely qualifies as threat. It is even genocidal, and therefore criminal behavior, not only on the part of those (Trump) who utter it but on the part also of those like Abe and Turnbull (to whom perhaps now India’s Modi is to be added) who endorse and encourage it.
Moreover, in 1996, the International Court of Justice, in response to a UN request, ruled that threats to use nuclear weapons against another country are a violation of international law except “in an extreme circumstance of self-defense, in which the very survival of a State would be at stake.” In certainly seems clear that the US is in violation of international law because of its repeated threats and military exercises designed to practice a nuclear attack on North Korea.
Tragically, the US media has remained silent about this lawlessness on the part of the US government.
The illegality of US-initiated UN sanctions on North Korea
The US has aggressively pursued the adoption of UN sanctions on North Korea. The ones adopted in August and September are the most sweeping yet. They call for blocking North Korean exports of coal, iron, iron ore, lead, lead ore, seafood and textiles, all of which are important earners of foreign exchange. The resolutions also ban countries from opening new or expanding existing joint ventures in North Korea or renewing labor export agreements. They also impose a cap on the amount of oil North Korea is allowed to import and call for a total ban on the country’s import of natural gas and condensates. If rigorously enforced these sanctions will devastate living conditions for the great majority of North Koreans.
However, sanctions that target an entire population with the aim of causing economic collapse, such as those being imposed on North Korea, are illegal under the UN charter. As McCormack points out:
Only sanctions carefully tailored to apply to those who act in the name of the government and bear responsibility for its offensive actions may be legitimate. . . . The point is clear that that those imposing sanctions bear an obligation to ensure they impact only upon those who are in a position of power, not on innocent civilians.
There is reason to wonder if the United Nations itself, by the ordering of collective punishment of the entire North Korean people for offenses committed by their government, may be acting criminally.
Again, where are the stories pointing out the lawlessness of US and UN actions?
The missing explanation of North Korean responses to US policy
The reporting on North Korea’s November 28th ICBM test offers another example of the US media’s failure to educate its readers. For example, here is the LA Times:
The launch is North Korea’s first since it fired an intermediate-range missile over Japan on Sept. 15, and may have broken any efforts at diplomacy meant to end the North’s nuclear ambitions. U.S. officials have sporadically floated the idea of direct talks with North Korea if it maintained restraint. . . .
Italy’s U.N. Ambassador Sebastiano Cardi, the current Security Council president, told reporters late Tuesday that “it’s certainly very worrying. Everybody was hoping that there would be restraint from the regime.”
This reporting certainly suggests that North Korea just doesn’t want peace no matter how hard the US and broader international community try. But the story changes if we provide some missing context.
Since 2013 North Korea has offered to halt its testing of missiles and nuclear weapons if the US would halt its war games. The US organizes two different annual war games in South Korea, the first is held over March and April and the second is in August. But from time to time, it also engages in other smaller military exercises on and near the Korean peninsula.
The August 2017 war games included planning for a nuclear attack and “decapitation” of North Korea’s leadership. These August war games are smaller than the March-April ones but still large. This one included some 20,000 US and 50,000 South Korean troops. And this year, for the first time, they were combined with a separate 18 day live-fire exercise involving US and Japanese forces on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido.
North Korea responded to these threatening maneuvers by first firing a missile over Hokkaido on August 29, the day after the completion of the US-led exercises. Then on September 3, it conducted its sixth and largest test of a nuclear weapon. And finally, on September 15, it tested a new intermediate-range missile to demonstrate its ability to hit the major US air base in Guam.
There are 75 days from September 15 to November 28; this is an important interval. The reason is that the US had publicly called upon North Korea to halt its missile testing for at least 60 days to show its good will.
For example, in August, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson told a group of reporters that “The best signal that North Korea could give us that they’re prepared to talk would be to stop these missile launches . . . We’ve not had an extended period of time where they have not taken some type of provocative action by launching ballistic missiles.
So I think that would be the first and strongest signal they could send us is just stop, stop these missile launches.”
And in October, Joseph Yun, the U.S. State Department’s top official on North Korea policy, told an audience at the Council on Foreign Relations “that if North Korea halted nuclear and missile testing for about 60 days, that would be the signal the United States needs to resume direct dialogue with Pyongyang.”
As we have seen, the North Koreans did refrain from missile launches and weapon tests for more than 60 days.
But, what did the US do during that time to encourage North Korea?
On September 23 the Pentagon sent B-1B Lancer bombers, nicknamed “the swan of death,” to fly over international airspace just off the coast of North Korea, the first time since the Korean War that a U.S. bomber flew over North Korea’s east coast.
Then for five days, starting October 16, the US conducted joint naval exercises with South Korea that included the nuclear aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan, three nuclear submarines, Aegis destroyers and more than 40 other battleships and numerous fighter aircraft.
In November, the US conducted more navel drills. This time it was a four-day exercise involving three aircraft carriers–the USS Ronald Reagan, Theodore Roosevelt and Nimitz–and their multiship strike groups in the waters between South Korea and Japan. This was the first time all three aircraft carriers were together in the Western Pacific in a decade. South Korean and Japanese warships also participated in the exercise.
Also in November, President Trump placed North Korea back on the list of state sponsors of terrorism, which meant new sanctions. And finally, again in November, the US announced yet another war game to be scheduled for the period December 4-8 involving US, Japanese, and South Korean forces.
Called Vigilant Ace, the military announced that this exercise would include “enemy infiltration” and “precision strike drills” and involve 8 air bases, 12,000 soldiers, and 280 aircraft, including the two stealth fighters, the F-22 and the F-35. This was to be the first time that the F-22 and F-35 would be used in war games on the Korean peninsula.
So, after waiting 75 days, and observing US actions, all of which were hostile, North Korea not surprisingly responded with the launch of its most powerful ICBM, showing the US that it could target even its capital if attacked. But by presenting this missile launch without the appropriate context the media made it appear as just another example of North Korea’s recklessness and hostility.
Sadly, we have a lot of work to do.

Exactly 18 years ago, on 6th December 1992, Hindu religious fundamentalist goondas in connivance with the then Congress government at the centre, demolished Babri Masjid at Ayodhya. Firstly, these Hindu fundamentalists made 500 year-old Babri Masjid a controversial site by claiming it as the birth place of Lord Rama, and on that pretext many a time instigated communal disturbances in the country killing thousands of Muslims.
Demolition of Babri Masjid was the biggest attack by Hindu fascists in the history of our country. The likes of LK Advani, Ashok Singhal, Murali Manohar Joshi, Praveen Togadiya, Uma Bharati, Sadhvi Ritambara, who were directly involved in it were not punished by any court even till today. On 30th September, giving its verdict on the ownership rights of the controversial site, pending for 61 years, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court with its Brahminical Hindu religious ideology did injustice to Muslims.
Without any historical evidence and archeological proof it stated the controversial place to be the birth place of Lord Rama. First occupying Masjid, then demolishing, now by giving verdict to build temple, that too to handover the very forces involved in demolition, clarifies Indian state’s Hindu fascist mindset.
By this verdict, once again it has been proved that the Houses of justice in this country favour only exploitative classes and Brahminical Hindu religious fanatics, but not peasants, workers, dalits [the lowest group in India’s oppressive caste system-ed], women and religious minorities. By court verdicts a solution to this cannot be found, only by smashing the present system and by establishing New Democratic State, a solution to this can be found.
In the recent past, many evidences surfaced proving the involvement of saffron [Hindu fundamentalist-ed] terrorist groups of the Sagh Parivar in bomb blasts at Malegaon, Ajmer Sherief, Hyderabad’s Mecca Masjid, Samjhouta express. The leaders of VHP, RSS, Bajarang Dal and other organizations on the proxy name of ‘Abhinav Bharat’ conspired bomb blasts and killed many innocent people.
It has become a norm for the police and intelligence agencies to blame Muslims as culprits, wherever and whenever bomb blasts take place, even if at Masjids. Arresting hundreds of youth without any reason and severely torturing, killing in fake encounters, implicate false cases, accusing of having links with ISI [Pakistani army’s intelligence branch-ed] and thus playing with lives is part of the Hindu communal and fascist policies of the governments.
By projecting every Muslim as a terrorist through media, governments are trying to suppress them by all means. Those who demand to hang Ajmal Kasab who is involved in Mumbai attacks, at the same time keeping mum or not raising their voice loudly against Hindu fascist killers of Sangh gang is a dangerous sign.
Governments are not arresting these saffron terrorists, even if they arrest a few on some occasions, are setting them free declaring innocent by not conducting thorough probe. On the other hand, those intellectuals, journalists, media organizations, newspapers and activists who dare to raise their voice against these Hindu fundamentalist forces are being attacked by Sangh gang at several places. On the whole, the communal fascistic trends of the Indian state are taking a severe form day by day.
Secular forces of all religions, democrats and progressive thinkers should come forward and fight unitedly against Hindu communal fascism. All of us must condemn the attacks of Hindu fascist forces on Muslims, Christians and all other religious minorities. At the same time all other kinds of religious fundamentalism should be opposed.
The place of Babri Masjid belonged to Muslims; it should be given to Muslims and has been demanding that Babri Masjid should be rebuilt at the same site and those fascist leaders who had demolished it must be punished severely. Observe ‘BLACK DAY’ on December 6, by conducting meetings and processions and wearing black badges in protest of Hindu communal ism.

The brigandish U.S. imperialists and the South Korean puppet warmongers are getting more reckless in the moves to stifle the DPRK militarily.
They kicked off in south Korea on Dec. 4 Vigilant Ace, joint air war exercises targeting the DPRK, on the largest scale.
Involved in the rehearsal to last until Dec. 8 are the 5th, 7th, 11th and 12th air forces, marine corps and naval forces of the U.S. deployed in its mainland and the Pacific operational theater including Guam and Japan and more than 140 planes of various missions including nuclear strategic bomber B-1B, stealth fighters F-22A, F-35A, F-35B and electronic jamming plane EA-18G and all troops and 90-odd planes of the south Korean puppet air force.
Across south Korea, they are now hell-bent on the exercises simulating an all-out war against the DPRK, including drills to strike the state leadership and nuclear and ballistic rocket bases, air fields, naval bases and other major objects of the DPRK and its command posts of frontline units, armored equipment and personnel and long-range artillery units.
Particularly, the U.S. imperialists are staging an ultra-precision strike drill with high intensity just like in a real war focused on "removing" the DPRK's state leadership and core facilities by massively introducing the ultramodern stealth fighters.
What's more serious is that the warmongers show an ill-boding movement for real military action to carry out a preemptive attack on the DPRK with the exercises as an occasion.
The U.S. imperialists already issued to the air forces involved in the exercises an "order on air duty" for striking at least 700 major targets of the Korean People's Army all at once, under the OPLAN 5015 for preemptive strike at the DPRK.
Meanwhile, they go recklessly to astonish someone by floating public opinion that the present deployment of six F-22As, called "most powerful fighter", in south Korea is for a preemptive attack on the DPRK.
Encouraged by the American master's bluffing, the South Korean puppet forces are behaving imprudently, turning into a theatre of war games even the sky above the Military Demarcation Line area to say nothing of the sky above east and west seas of Korea.
The U.S. imperialists already versed themselves in the procedure for carrying out an aggression war from the sea through recent high-intensity joint naval drills with their three nuclear aircraft carrier strike groups involved. And they are now again engaged in the largest-ever combined air exercises with the involvement of warplanes including B-1B and stealth fighters. The fact serves as clear evidence that they have carefully made preliminary arrangements for provoking a war against the DPRK.
Owing to the U.S. imperialist warmongers' extremely reckless war hysteria, a grave situation is prevailing in the Korean peninsula that a nuclear war may break out any moment.
The stern reality clearly shows that the U.S. is a mastermind of tension in the peninsula and a harasser of global peace and the U.S. imperialists remain unchanged in their scheme to stifle the DPRK by force.
Such reckless war moves of the U.S. imperialists and the puppet warmongers will only accelerate their miserable end.
